Sunflowers and scarfs.

Oh wow. We painted our kitchen this past weekend. Well the part above the wains coating!! And man did I pick out a bright, slap you in the eyes color. It's called Sunflower. I was going for more melted butter. How did I get so far off track? The little kids and my hubby love it. Myself and Mackenzie aren't so sure yet. We're going to paint the lower half of the walls this weekend, a french blue color and maybe that'll help tone it down some, or bring it all together...Hmmm I'm not so sure about that.

But hey, my vintage scarf curtain looks really good against it doesn't it? A lot better than it did against that Ivy wallpaper...ewww!
